Job Description
Job Title: Project Management Analyst Role Summary Provide project management support for sales and Customer Advisory teams by coordinating internal projects, tracking customer initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Manage project data, prepare analyses and presentations, and facilitate cross‑functional alignment. Expectations Deliver accurate project schedules, cost and status reports within defined timelines. Maintain high data integrity in Salesforce and Excel. Create compelling PowerPoint decks for key customers and leadership. Serve as a reliable backup during absences. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and communication. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate daily operations for sales and Customer Advisory teams. - Develop and update project schedules, resource plans, and budget trackers. - Track progress of internal projects and customer initiatives; report on status, risks, and issues. - Maintain action‑item follow‑up and ensure cross‑functional alignment. - Build and enhance PowerPoint presentations for customer and leadership meetings. - Gather, analyze, and report data using Excel to support sales planning and business decisions. - Use Salesforce to manage customer records, track opportunities, and update project data. - Provide backup support during vacations or leaves to maintain continuity. - Assist in preparing materials for high‑profile customer presentations and business reviews. - Identify and recommend process improvements to increase team efficiency and communication. Required Skills - Strong project coordination and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce. - Business acumen and analytical ability to support data‑driven decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills. - Self‑starter with proactive problem‑solving and influence capabilities. - Ability to work collaboratively across functions and drive results. - Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO) and business transformation processes is a plus. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus minimum 3 years of related experience, **or** - Master’s degree plus minimum 1 year of related experience. - No specific certifications required; knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
