Job title: Business Development Representative – GTA Role Summary: Drive revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with general contractors, owners, developers, and architects in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Identify new business opportunities, develop business cases, and facilitate product adoption of Victaulic’s pipe joining and flow‑control solutions. Expectations: * Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects within the GTA construction market. * Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and close complex, multi‑party deals. * Deliver compelling presentations and technical discussions to influence decision‑makers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. 2. Engage in technical specification discussions and collaborate with contractors and architects on product integration. 3. Develop and present business cases that demonstrate ROI and value of solutions. 4. Coordinate cross‑functional workflows, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders. 5. Facilitate strategic introductions and expand the company’s industry network. 6. Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, market applications, and competitive landscape. 7. Travel within the region to meet clients and support project milestones.
