Job Title: Manager, Business Systems & Applications
Role Summary: Lead the governance, support, and strategic evolution of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, procurement, project delivery). Align technology stack with business objectives, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance across finance, operations, development, legal, and procurement functions.
Expectations: Deliver continuous improvement of system functionality and integration, manage vendor relationships and SaaS lifecycles, and maintain data integrity and security. Drive user adoption, training, and change management for new modules and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and steward core platforms (ERP, Salesforce, EAM/CMMS, Procore, procurement tools).
- Maintain systems inventory, road‑map, and lifecycle plans aligned with business strategy.
- Manage vendor and consultant relationships, overseeing support, upgrades, licensing, and security.
- Partner with business leads to optimize workflows, automate tasks, and digitize manual processes.
- Ensure reliable, secure data flow between applications; collaborate with analytics to enable KPI reporting (Power BI, Databricks).
- Enforce compliance (SOX, SOC2), manage access controls, audit logs, and periodic reviews.
- Serve as liaison across Finance, Operations, Development, Procurement, and Legal; coordinate enhancement requests and steering committees.
Required Skills
- Enterprise application management (7–10 years) across finance, procurement, and development domains.
- Expertise in ERP (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), Salesforce CRM integration, construction/project platforms (Procore), and procurement tools.
- Proficiency in SaaS lifecycle governance, vendor management, and application support.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data governance.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC2) and business continuity best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in ERP, Salesforce, or project platform administration preferred but not mandatory.
