Job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Summary: A strategic partner responsible for full‑cycle recruitment for a high‑volume, service‑driven organization. The role requires building strong candidate pipelines, managing concurrent requisitions, and influencing hiring decisions to support organizational growth. Expectations: - 3‑5 years of high‑volume recruiting experience, preferably in a service‑based environment. - Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent openings while maintaining high service levels. - Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. - Established sourcing expertise, including Boolean search and multi‑platform recruitment (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Dayforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Comfortable using AI tools (Chat GPT, Copilot, etc.) to enhance recruiting processes. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: - Execute end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned business units. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing. - Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide recruitment strategy guidance. - Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. - Represent the organization at events and networking opportunities. - Collaborate on cross‑functional HR projects to improve recruitment effectiveness. - Leverage AI‑powered tools to streamline candidate screening and data‑driven hiring decisions. Required Skills: - High‑volume, full‑cycle recruitment. - Advanced sourcing (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). - ATS experience (Dayforce preferred). - MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - AI tool utilization (Chat GPT, Copilot). - Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). - Professional recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, AIRS) are advantageous but not mandatory.
