Job Description
Job Title: Junior Software Engineer Role Summary: Assist with development and maintenance of a cloud‑native AI‑enabled sales platform, contributing to both backend and frontend features while gaining exposure to AI frameworks, microservices architecture, and production support. Expectations: Work closely with senior engineers, deliver production‑grade code, participate in CI/CD, Docker, and L2 support, iteratively ship features, and evolve expertise in AI integration, cloud services, and full‑stack development. Key Responsibilities: • Develop backend services and APIs in Python. • Create front‑end components and dashboards using TypeScript. • Integrate AI tools (LangChain, LangGraph, LLM APIs) into existing workflows. • Build and maintain Docker‑based development and deployment pipelines. • Participate in L2 production support (triage, debugging, monitoring). • Collaborate on external API integrations (scheduling, communication). • Contribute to iterative feature delivery in a fast‑paced startup environment. • Assist in CI/CD, container orchestration, and cloud deployment tasks. Required Skills: • 2+ years of hands‑on Python and TypeScript development. • Strong programming fundamentals and software engineering best practices. • Experience delivering production‑grade features or services. • UI development experience and familiarity with microservice architectures. • Knowledge of AI ecosystems (LangChain, LangGraph, LLM APIs, vector tools). • Docker and containerized environments proficiency. • API integration (REST, webhooks, third‑party APIs). • Experience with L2 production support, troubleshooting, and monitoring. • Comfortable in a fast‑paced startup or engineering environment. Good to have: • Basic understanding of Kubernetes. • Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM). • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices. • Interest in distributed systems or real‑time application design. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). No mandatory certifications.
