Job Description

**Job Title:** Fullstack Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and ship user‑facing fintech payment products end‑to‑end. Collaborate with product, design, risk, compliance, and operations teams to translate complex financial workflows into secure, scalable, and intuitive web experiences. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or rapid‑growth startups. - Strong product mindset with focus on usability, customer impact, and business outcomes. - Ability to own features from concept through launch and iterate based on user feedback. - Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration with non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Build and scale front‑end components using React.js and TypeScript. 2. Develop back‑end services with Node.js and TypeScript. 3. Own feature lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post‑release iteration. 4. Partner with Product and Design to define requirements, UX, and technical trade‑offs. 5. Ensure systems meet security, performance, and regulatory standards in a payments context. 6. Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Operations to align product workflows with operational needs. 7. Contribute to product planning, prioritization, and documentation. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript (or equivalent modern stack). - Experience building customer‑facing web applications. - Understanding of scalable web architecture and best practices for reliability and performance. - Strong problem‑solving abilities and ownership of feature delivery. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Familiarity with payments, financial APIs, risk systems, or crypto/blockchain concepts is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, **or** equivalent practical experience. - No specific certifications required.
