Key Responsibilities: - Define the organization’s AI vision, roadmap, and governance framework. - Partner with senior leaders to prioritize AI use cases that yield revenue, cost savings, or competitive advantage. - Oversee the end‑to‑end AI lifecycle: data acquisition, model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continual improvement. - Establish best practices for AI research, model interpretability, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. - Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent in data science, machine learning engineering, and AI product management. - Cultivate external partnerships with academia, vendors, and industry consortia to advance technology capabilities.
