Job Description
**Job title:** Marketing Specialist **Role Summary:** Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media. Acts as the primary marketing liaison for assigned portfolios, coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable business results. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end campaign execution within set timelines and budgets. - Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. - Maintain strong collaboration with content, design, digital, and Integrated Marketing Manager teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the main marketing contact for designated business lines, managing stakeholder communication and expectations. - Conduct monthly and quarterly stakeholder reviews to update on progress, discuss wins/challenges, and align future initiatives. - Collaborate in shaping annual and campaign marketing plans and in quarterly strategy reviews. - Create detailed campaign briefs (objectives, audiences, messaging, channels, KPIs) for cross‑functional execution. - Plan and execute campaigns across social, search, email, print, and partner placements using Asana for project management. - Monitor real‑time performance, implement optimizations to improve engagement and ROI. - Produce post‑campaign analyses, scorecards, and quarterly performance summaries; share insights and best practices with the team and leadership. **Required Skills:** - 3–5+ years of campaign planning, execution, and reporting experience. - Proficiency with social media platforms and paid advertising. - Experience with media buying (radio, magazine, Spotify, YouTube, billboards) is a plus. - Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. - Familiarity with project management tools, especially Asana. - Collaborative, approachable, and proactive team player. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. ---
