**Job Title** Information Systems Consultant (F/M) **Role Summary** Provide expert analysis, solution design, and project leadership for clients in the public sector, translating business needs into IT strategies and change programs. Deliver audits, roadmaps, and driving initiatives that align with organisational goals, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT consulting or system analysis roles. - Strong command of project management, risk assessment, and change management. - Capacity to independently advise clients based on technical, operational, and financial criteria. - Demonstrable commercial acumen—identify opportunities, maintain client relationships, and support business development. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct comprehensive IT system audits, identify gaps, and produce actionable improvement plans. - Analyse client requirements, business KPIs, and regulatory constraints to recommend tailored solutions. - Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring project milestones, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met. - Manage change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and data migration. - Monitor project performance, resolve issues, and report results to executive stakeholders. - Perform continuous market and regulatory surveillance to advise clients on emerging technologies and compliance obligations. - Support business development: prospect new projects, draft proposals, and contribute to winning bids. **Required Skills** *Hard Skills* - Project management (planning, budgeting, risk analysis, change management). - Digital strategy & data governance. - Computer systems/architecture analysis and performance evaluation. - Knowledge of IT standards, regulations, and best practices. - Client engagement and business requirement elicitation. *Soft Skills* - Leadership and influence across technical and non‑technical audiences. - Clear communication, active listening, and stakeholder advocacy. - Analytical thinking, synthesis, and problem solving. - Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. - Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or IT governance certifications (e.g., ITIL) preferred.
