**Job Title:** Customer Support Officer **Role Summary** Provide first-line customer support and content creation for a SaaS contract management platform, ensuring seamless user experiences and driving continuous process improvements. **Expectations** 1–3 years in customer support, content, or SaaS-related roles; bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English; strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as primary contact via Zendesk and phone to resolve customer issues. - Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users to solutions. - Maintain CRM records and track support interactions. - Translate technical features into user-friendly content (help articles, tutorials, email campaigns). - Collaborate with marketing to produce educational materials. - Participate in software testing, providing feedback to enhance user experience. - Broadcast webinars for product updates and training. - Share customer insights to influence product development. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English. - Empathy, patience, and active listening to resolve customer concerns. - Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in creating clear, engaging content for technical audiences. - Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk) and CRM tools. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in customer service, communications, or related field.
