Job Title: Sales Development Representative Role Summary Drive lead generation and qualification for a SaaS contract‑management platform through outbound channels such as cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. Coordinate with account executives to schedule product demos, maintain accurate CRM records, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to sales strategy optimization. Expectations - Energetic, tenacious hunter with a target‑driven mindset. - Strong affinity for technology and SaaS solutions. - Proactive, team‑oriented communicator capable of driving results. - Excellent Dutch and English language skills (both spoken and written). - Basic French knowledge is a plus but not required. - Experience in outbound sales or SaaS is advantageous but motivation and drive are essential. Key Responsibilities - Prospect and identify prospective clients by conducting cold calls and executing outbound campaigns on LinkedIn and email. - Qualify leads based on fit, budget, and timing criteria. - Schedule demos for the account executive team. - Maintain up‑to‑date CRM entries and follow‑up activity logs. - Analyze personal performance figures, adjust tactics, and provide feedback for sales strategy improvement. - Work toward defined KPIs and consistently meet or exceed targets. Required Skills - Proven outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred). - Cold‑calling expertise and ability to engage decision‑makers. - Lead qualification and pipeline management proficiency. - CRM management (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis skills. - Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch and English; French proficiency is a plus. - Self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑oriented. - Collaborativeness and proactive problem‑solving.
