Own end‑to‑end development, from concept to production, ensuring responsive, scalable, and polished UI/UX. Expectations: 6+ years of professional software‑engineering experience, ability to translate loosely defined problems into production‑ready solutions quickly, and a proven record of self‑directed ownership in fast‑moving product teams. Key Responsibilities: - Engineer new UI features in React/Tailwind, integrating with backend services. - Implement and iterate on AI interaction patterns for enterprise users. - Gather user feedback, refine requirements, and deliver high‑quality solutions within tight timelines. - Maintain and evolve a robust, scalable design system. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to maximize product impact. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (React) and Python. - Strong UI/UX intuition and experience designing visually polished interfaces. - Ability to choose appropriate tools for speed and scalability; quick up‑skill on new technologies. - Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Experience deploying features in an early‑stage, high‑ownership environment.
