Job Description: Job Title: Senior C# Front Office / Market Access Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, real‑time C# applications for equity derivatives trading and market‑access, including migration to Azure and modernization of interfaces. Expectations: 5–10 years of professional C# development, deep understanding of front‑office trading systems and derivatives, proven performance‑engineering in real‑time environments, strong collaboration with trading, DevOps, and architecture teams, fluent in English. Key Responsibilities: - Build and evolve C# trading and market‑access applications. - Participate in redesign of existing systems and creation of new services. - Optimize performance and scale systems for high throughput. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders (trading desks, DevOps, architects). - Apply coding best practices, unit/integration testing, and thorough documentation. Required Skills: - Advanced C#/.NET programming. - SQL, Kafka, Azure cloud services. - Real‑time systems architecture, multithreading, concurrency, performance tuning. - Equity derivatives and market‑access domain knowledge. - Strong written and spoken English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications in Azure, .NET, or performance engineering are advantageous.
