**Job Title**
Regional Agency Performance Manager – South Region, National Gold Counter
**Role Summary**
Drive the commercial and operational performance of the South Region agencies, acting as the bridge between branch teams and corporate headquarters. Lead performance audits, KPI analysis, process improvement, and workforce development to elevate sales, customer experience, and quality compliance.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable improvement in agency sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a high‑performing agency culture through coaching, training, and structured performance reviews.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Network Management & Governance** – Conduct agency audits, competitive monitoring, and action‑plan development; analyze KPI data (commerce, satisfaction, quality); lead monthly commercial debriefs and corrective action follow‑up.
- **Commercial & Development Support** – Enable multi‑channel follow‑ups, expand complementary service offerings (storage, resale, expertises), and drive mystery‑shop debriefs and corrective implementations.
- **Quality & Client Experience** – Audit call quality via Aircall, enforce operational procedures, monitor quality files (expertise discrepancies, MES/MHS alarms, administrative reports).
- **Human Resources Support** – Coach agency managers and their deputies, oversee post‑integration support for new hires, participate in recruitment, conduct individual interviews (performance, illness, coaching).
- **Administrative & Control** – Plan and monitor inventory cycles, support HubSpot CRM deployment, ensure accurate commercial data capture.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience managing a retail or agency network.
- Strong analytical skills: KPI interpretation, data‑driven action planning.
- Field‑focused, hands‑on management style; ability to coach and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, pedagogical approach, and stakeholder alignment.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management, quality management, or retail operations preferred.
