Job title Intern – Manager QSE & RSE Role Summary Support the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) by monitoring and continuously improving quality, safety, environment and CSR processes. Adapt the IMS to evolving regulatory and environmental requirements, lead or assist in CSR and environmental projects, develop and pursue necessary certification programmes, and manage waste streams. Work under the direction of general management while balancing a 24‑month Master’s program (1 week/month of academic training). Expectations - Deliver tangible improvements to the IMS within the first 12 months. - Stay current with relevant legislation and industry best practices. - Achieve or maintain key environmental and CSR certifications. - Demonstrate effective project management, teamwork and communication skills. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and audit the IMS for compliance and effectiveness. - Propose and implement process improvements to enhance quality and environmental performance. - Update policies, procedures and documentation in line with regulatory changes. - Coordinate one or more RSE/Environmental projects, including planning, execution and reporting. - Prepare and support certification audits (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 26000, other relevant standards). - Oversee waste handling operations, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. - Report progress to senior management and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement. Required Skills - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Knowledge of QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) and CSR principles. - Project management fundamentals, including planning and follow‑up. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French; English proficiency preferred. - Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., word processing, data analysis). - Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
