Key Responsibilities: - Operate the customer‑facing hotline, entering incidents in the ERP system. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, network, and database issues. - Collaborate with R&D/support for deep technical matters and feature feedback. - Coordinate the hotline team’s activities and mentor teammates. - Propose and implement digital tools, remote‑diagnosis solutions, and process improvements. - Author and maintain support procedures, knowledge base articles, and training materials. - Support product optimisation by providing performance insights to development groups. Required Skills: - 5+ years of industrial application support experience. - Strong background in database architectures, network infrastructure, and software platforms. - Proficient in English (spoken & written). - Analytical mindset, problem‑solving agility, and proactive communication. - Team‑oriented, capable of sharing ideas and leading improvements. - Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Network Infrastructure. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, CISSP) are advantageous but not mandatory.
