**Job Title:** Innovation & Strategy Junior Consultant **Role Summary:** Partner with founding partners and innovation program leaders to deliver strategic market analysis, opportunity assessment, product‑market fit evaluation, and startup sourcing & support in aerospace, space, and defense sectors. Work autonomously on diverse projects, driving insights that shape innovation strategy and portfolio growth. **Expectations:** - Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication abilities. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. - High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professional autonomy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct sector trend, competitive landscape, and market‑sizing studies. - Evaluate opportunities and craft new business‑model concepts. - Assess product‑market fit and value propositions of innovative solutions. - Source, qualify, and engage high‑potential startups in emerging technologies. - Advise startups on business‑plan refinement, fundraising preparation, and networking. - Organize and lead open‑innovation activities: technology scouting, ad‑hoc research, selection committees, pitch events, and stakeholder outreach. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise. - Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level). - Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem‑solving skills. - Effective interpersonal communication and presentation abilities. - Self‑directed, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple initiatives. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Degree from a top engineering school (Polytechnique, Centrale, Mines, ESPCI) or a leading business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, Emlyon). - Demonstrated interest or background in aerospace, space, defense, or deep‑tech.
