Job Description: Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Role Summary: Own and grow an AI‑SaaS platform in France by leading a local reseller and direct‑sales network, building recurring revenue, and executing a localized go‑to‑market strategy with full autonomy. Expectations: Deliver territory growth, build a sustainable partner ecosystem, and act as the primary revenue driver while representing the company’s brand. Key Responsibilities: - Build, manage, and expand a network of agencies, brands, and freelancers. - Close direct B2B SaaS deals, grow ARR, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. - Localize messaging, define verticals, and launch market‐specific campaigns. - Collaborate with headquarters on strategy, training, and marketing assets. - Operate territory as an independent business unit with full ownership and autonomy. Required Skills: - Proven B2B SaaS sales experience or strong background in partner/channel sales (digital agencies, e‑commerce, fashion). - Fluent in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication. - Entrepreneurial, self‑starting, and results‑driven mindset. - Strong relationship‑building and negotiation capabilities. - Strategic thinking, pipeline management, and data‑driven decision making.
