Job Description
**Job title** Pricing Analyst **Role Summary** Analyze and set pricing for products and services, maintain pricing databases, and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders. Develop pricing methodologies, support proposal preparation, and continuously improve pricing processes. **Expectations** - Apply quantitative analysis to determine competitive prices. - Communicate findings clearly to managers and customers. - Maintain regulatory and safety compliance. - Participate in process improvement initiatives and complete required quality training. **Key Responsibilities** - Collect price and market data from databases, vendor lists, and vendor interactions. - Analyze data to calculate and set prices. - Enter pricing information into computerized systems and maintain product files. - Prepare and order prints, documentation, and repair materials. - Manage contract and pricing files. - Provide pricing recommendations for proposals and project bids. - Develop and refine pricing methodologies to respond to market changes. - Engage with internal customers, deliver presentations, and respond to inquiries. - Quantitatively monitor processes and implement improvements. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; proficiency with percentages, ratios, and basic math. - Proficient in database and spreadsheet software; ability to handle large datasets. - Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and customer correspondence. - Ability to interpret technical documents and regulatory information. - Organized, self‑motivated, and able to prioritize tasks in a team environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or equivalent) from a four‑year college/university **plus** one year of related experience or equivalent education‑experience combination. - Completion of core quality training and adherence to company safety procedures. ---
