Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead and manage commercial construction projects of varying size and complexity. Ensure safe work environment, LEAN scheduling, cost containment, quality compliance, and superior client service while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and design teams. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Demonstrated ability to work flexible, non‑traditional hours. - Strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and advance the Zero Injury safety program. - Manage relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors. - Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules. - Apply the Quality Leadership System on the project. - Establish and control project budgets and cost drivers. - Administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and related procurement documents. - Implement project‑specific controls, monitor performance, and report status. - Perform additional duties as directed by senior management. **Required Skills** - Project management and leadership. - Scheduling (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and LEAN planning. - Cost control and budgeting. - Quality assurance & compliance. - Safety program management. - Vendor and subcontractor coordination. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Problem‑solving and decision‑making. - Proficiency in construction documentation and document control. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. ---
