**Job Title:** ESG Sales Intern **Role Summary:** Support the growth of a Green FinTech company by assisting the sales team in identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing CRM data, creating sales collateral, and gathering client feedback. Gain hands‑on experience at the intersection of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and financial technology while contributing to the company’s sustainability mission. **Expectations:** - Proactively assist the sales cycle from lead generation to client outreach. - Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline visibility. - Produce presentation materials, proposals, and webinar scripts. - Collect and relay client feedback for product improvement. - Participate in marketing activities, events, and research on industry trends. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with tech and research teams. - Demonstrate curiosity, autonomy, strong organization, and clear communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify sales opportunities and conduct outreach to potential clients. - Support online product demos and client meetings. - Keep CRM updated with leads, contacts, and pipeline stages. - Draft slides, scripts, and proposals for client engagements and webinars. - Gather client feedback and communicate insights to product and sales teams. - Assist in organizing roadshows, events, and email campaigns. - Research market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments. - Coordinate with technical and research teams to align solutions with client needs. **Required Skills:** - Strong interest in ESG, sustainability, and financial technology. - Basic sales or business development aptitude. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French or another European language is a plus. - Proactive learning mindset and ability to work independently. - Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and presentation software. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Development, Finance, Economics, Sustainability, or a related field. - No specific certifications required.
