**Job Title:** React Developer **Role Summary:** Develop and maintain high‑performance, responsive front‑end applications using React for a leading technology organization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable UI solutions. **Expectations:** - Deliver clean, well‑tested code that meets functional and performance requirements. - Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Communicate effectively with designers, product managers, and back‑end developers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build reusable UI components and pages using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Implement state management (e.g., Redux, Context API) and integrate with RESTful APIs or GraphQL services. - Optimize web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices. - Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. - Maintain component libraries, style guides, and documentation. - Resolve bugs and address technical debt in a timely manner. - Stay updated on emerging front‑end technologies and contribute to process improvements. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in React (hooks, lifecycle, context). - Strong JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge. - CSS/SASS, Styled Components, or CSS‑in‑JS expertise. - Experience with version control (Git). - Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm/yarn). - Ability to write unit and integration tests. - Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility guidelines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., JavaScript, React, AWS, Azure) are a plus but not mandatory.
