Job Title: Data Analyst
Role Summary:
Analyze and transform large datasets to deliver actionable insights for growth marketing, product, sales, support, and executive teams. Build dashboards, optimize SQL queries, and collaborate directly with customers and cross‑functional stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
Expectations:
• 2–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer‑centric mindset.
• Experience with healthcare industry or healthcare‑related datasets preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large, multi‑source datasets.
2. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
3. Partner with product, sales, support, and executive teams to deliver data‑driven insights.
4. Engage directly with external customers to capture data requirements and provide tailored analytical support.
5. Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
6. Support and maintain data infrastructure across Snowflake, Redshift, MySQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL environments.
7. Translate business needs into analytical solutions and present findings in a compelling, concise manner.
Required Skills:
• SQL – advanced query writing, optimization, and data manipulation.
• Cloud data warehouses & relational databases: Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL.
• BI/visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Amazon QuickSight, or MicroStrategy.
• Strong verbal and written communication; stakeholder and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with healthcare data sets and industry context.
• (Nice to have) Knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
