**Job Title:** Vice President, Information Technology
**Role Summary:**
Executive leader responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide IT strategy of a global professional organization in the healthcare sector. Drives technology enablement across platforms, cybersecurity, digital workplace, and Salesforce while partnering with senior leadership on risk, investment, and operational priorities. Builds and mentors a high‑performing IT team and oversees vendor management and budgeting.
**Expactations:**
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all IT functions.
- Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with organizational mission and goals.
- Maintain governance, risk, and compliance standards across the IT environment.
- Deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology services within budget.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement an enterprise IT strategy covering architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and digital workplace.
- Own and optimize Salesforce as a core strategic system.
- Lead cybersecurity, data protection, and risk management programs.
- Partner with C‑suite executives to prioritize initiatives, assess risks, and allocate investments.
- Manage IT budget, vendor contracts, and technology procurement.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high‑performing IT organization.
- Oversee legacy system modernization and integration of new technologies.
**Required Skills:**
- Senior IT leadership with full decision‑making authority.
- Deep, strategic expertise in Salesforce administration and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and modern enterprise architecture.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools.
- Solid foundation in cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive change, and manage competing priorities.
- Executive presence, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (highly preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator/Architect, CISSP, CISM, cloud certifications) are advantageous.
