ServiceNow Architect
**Role Summary**
Design, deliver, and sustain enterprise‑wide ServiceNow solutions in HR, IT, and Customer domains. Lead architecture design, pre‑sales, and client engagement. Champion platform best practices, integration, and user adoption at senior stakeholder level.
**Expectations**
- Drive solution architecture for large‑scale, multi‑domain deployments.
- Influence C‑level decision makers and translate business goals into scalable technology.
- Mentor technical teams and contribute to proposals, bids, and pre‑sales strategy.
- Maintain alignment with ServiceNow roadmap and partner ecosystem.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own end‑to‑end architecture for HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Performance Analytics.
- Lead design workshops, high‑level solution assessments, and proof‑of‑concepts.
- Manage integration plans: data migration, scripting, configuration, and API design.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (consultants, developers, PMs) to ensure delivery quality.
- Deliver technical presentations to business leaders and vendor partners.
- Define change‑management and adoption strategies for platform rollout.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, extensions, and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
**Required Skills**
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Analytics).
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture and solution delivery.
- Strong communication; ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
- Integration expertise: data migration, REST/SOAP APIs, scripted business rules, UI policies.
- Mentoring and coaching of technical teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow partner programs and platform strategy.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred.
- Additional certifications (e.g., ITIL, Integration Management) are a plus.
