Job Description
**Job Title:** ServiceNow Developer **Role Summary:** Senior Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex ServiceNow platform solutions, focusing on ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM modules. Leads technical teams and collaborates with business stakeholders to drive platform optimization and innovation. **Expactations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions within project timelines. - Maintain high system performance and scalability. - Ensure adherence to architecture and governance standards. - Mentor and guide junior developers and technical staff. - Communicate progress and technical details to non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and design ServiceNow workflows, custom applications, and integrations. - Lead large‑scale platform implementations and upgrades. - Manage process governance and configuration standards. - Coordinate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments. - Provide subject‑matter expertise on ServiceNow modules and best practices. - Produce documentation for system architecture, processes, and user training materials. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience. - Deep technical knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM. - Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and platform configuration. - Experience with integrations via REST, SOAP, and middleware. - Leadership and team‑management capabilities. - Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITAM, or equivalent). - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). - ITIL v3/v4 certification (preferred). - Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
