**Job title:** Oracle EBS Finance (Technical) Developer
**Role Summary:**
Architect, develop, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) financial modules, ensuring accurate transaction processing, reliable reporting, and seamless integration with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Lead technical enhancements, maintain system health, and translate business requirements into robust Oracle solutions.

- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders.
- Maintain up‑to‑date technical and functional documentation.
- Enforce best practices for configuration, upgrades, and testing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, code, and deploy Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, and OA Framework solutions.
- Configure and enhance EBS finance modules (GL, Cash Mgmt, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, SLA).
- Build and maintain SQL/PL-SQL solutions, data reconciliations, and ledger reporting tools.
- Lead OCI‑based implementations, including OIC integration and COTS interface development.
- Manage complete SDLC lifecycle—specification, design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Oversee configuration of new accounts, reconciliations, and accounting period closures.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate remediation.
- Produce business‑process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
**Required Skills:**
- 7–9 years Oracle Applications Technical consulting experience.
- 3–4 years proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, OA Framework.
- Strong SQL/PL‑SQL development skills.
- Deep knowledge of EBS R12 finance modules and integration points.
- Experience with OCI, OIC, and multi‑system interfaces.
- Familiarity with Federal Government accounting principles and SLA.
- Practiced in both Waterfall and Agile SDLC environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
- Excellent communication of technical concepts to business users.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Oracle Technical certifications (e.g., Oracle EBS R12 Financials, Oracle Forms/Reports).
