Job Title: Enterprise Engineer Role Summary: Design, build, and scale secure, reliable enterprise systems across infrastructure, backend, frontend, web, and IDE extensions. Collaborate with customers and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions that meet enterprise requirements. Expectations: - 4+ years in software or infrastructure engineering. - Rapidly become an expert across the full technology stack. - Drive product shipping with measurable revenue impact. - Engage with customers to ensure successful product adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze enterprise customer needs and architect comprehensive product solutions. - Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure for environments such as FedRAMP. - Build and secure backend services and frontend components, ensuring reliability for critical workloads. - Integrate AI‑powered developer tools into the product ecosystem. - Collaborate with deployment and support engineers to resolve issues and optimize performance. Required Skills: - Strong backend development experience. - Proficiency across the full tech stack (infra, backend, frontend, web, IDE). - Knowledge of infrastructure scaling, security, and reliability best practices. - Experience working in cross‑functional teams. - Familiarity with AI‑powered developer tools.
