Job Description

**Job Title** Senior Engineer **Role Summary** Senior Engineer serves as the technical bridge between customers, engineering, and product vision. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth onboarding, reliable integrations, and scalable support operations, while driving continuous improvement of internal tools and processes. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions with ownership and autonomy. - Communicate clearly with customers and cross‑functional teams. - Adapt to evolving product requirements and shift priorities quickly. - Mentor junior engineers and elevate team capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead critical system rewrites and redesign architecture for scalability and resilience. - Own design and performance optimization of data storage systems to meet customer and AI demands. - Build and maintain deployment pipelines for reliable, automated AI‑first releases. - Set up and manage modern cloud infrastructure using IaC (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi). - Establish engineering best practices: observability, incident response, system hardening. - Drive analytics and monitoring to track performance, reliability, and AI effectiveness. - Mentor engineers within the team across infrastructure, scalability, and AI development. **Required Skills** - 3+ years building production‑grade, scalable, reliable software systems. - Proven backend development with Node.js, API design, and cloud‑based services. - Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or equivalent) with IaC. - Database design, performance tuning, and scaling of high‑throughput systems. - CI/CD pipeline development, automated testing, and DevOps practices. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable working in fast‑paced, distributed, early‑stage environments. - Bonus: React and TypeScript frontend experience. - Bonus: Exposure to LLM‑based systems, AI infrastructure, or agentic AI workflows. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. - No specific certifications required.
