Job Description
**Job Title:** Client Success Manager **Role Summary:** Drive post‑sale client engagement for a leading energy data and analytics provider. Act as trusted advisor to a portfolio of EMEA subscribers, ensuring product adoption, retention, and expansion while aligning solutions with customers’ business objectives. **Expectations:** - Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders. - Identify and act on upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - Deliver onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies that meet defined success criteria. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical/analytical requests promptly. - Provide market and product feedback to shape future offerings. - Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate CRM records. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary post‑sale contact and advocate for assigned clients. - Lead engagement initiatives for large global and Norway‑based accounts. - Co‑create success criteria and engagement plans with clients. - Execute onboarding, adoption, and retention programs. - Work with Account Managers to maximize retention and drive expansion. - Coordinate with Marketing, Product Development, Research, and Training to address client needs. - Track and analyze client interactions in the CRM system. - Contribute insights to product and solution teams. - Participate in networking events to enhance brand visibility. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years in energy‑sector roles (project engineering, business development, market analysis, strategy, etc.). - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or business analysis. - Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate client needs into solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English. - Proficiency with CRM platforms; experience with Power BI a plus. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel). - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. - Strong collaborative and teamwork orientation across functions and regions. - Willingness to travel as required. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (required). - Master’s degree (preferred). - Relevant certifications in project management, data analytics, or energy industry (optional but advantageous).
