Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager Role Summary: Oversees end‑to‑end delivery of life‑sciences manufacturing facility projects, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met while coordinating engineering functions, client interactions, and resource allocation. Expections: Deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline; manage risks; maintain client relationships; contribute to business development and proposal preparation; enforce safety and project control standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project teams to achieve scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets. - Conduct pre‑bid meetings, develop proposals, and support new business development. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks in partnership with senior leadership. - Manage scope control, issue change notifications, and update stakeholders. - Prepare and maintain project documentation: meeting minutes, action items, execution plans, monthly financial/schedule reports, and client‑requested deliverables. - Coordinate engineering functions and recommend manpower/technical resource loading. - Ensure adherence to safety policies for IPS and clients across field sites. - Travel to project locations as required; operate in safety‑sensitive environments. Required Skills: - Proven project management experience (7+ years total, 5+ in PM role). - Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management and other project controls. - Experience in construction and life‑sciences manufacturing facility design. - Excellent stakeholder communication and client‑facing skills. - Risk management, scope control, and reporting proficiency. - Commitment to safety protocols and compliance. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (or equivalent technical degree). - Valid PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
