**Job Title** Restaurant Supervisor **Role Summary** Lead the daily operations of a fine‑dining restaurant on the Relais & Châteaux property, maintaining the highest service, quality, and financial standards required by Michelin, AAA, and Forbes. Manage a team of front‑of‑house staff, train personnel, and drive continuous improvement in guest experience while ensuring full compliance with company policies and sustainability goals. **Expectations** - Work primarily AM shifts and commit to a minimum 2‑year tenure. - Deliver and exceed the culinary and service standards of Relais & Châteaux, Michelin Two Key, AAA 4 & 5 diamond, and Forbes. - Maintain a calm, polished demeanor under pressure and promote a culture of belonging and excellence. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide personalized, high‑quality guest service and resolve guest concerns. - Lead, mentor, and motivate front‑of‑house staff; conduct performance reviews and schedule duties. - Develop and maintain staff product knowledge, including menu items, wine, and spirits. - Oversee daily financials: manage expenditures, meet revenue targets, and control costs. - Assist with payroll, menu development, print production, and Daily Admin tasks. - Program and troubleshoot Silverware POS; maintain accurate sales reporting. - Promote continuous staff training and development programs. - Encourage innovative ideas for service and operational improvements. **Required Skills** - Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multi‑task and maintain detail orientation in a fast‑paced environment. - Excellent guest‑service mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations. - Team‑building, coaching, and conflict‑resolution abilities. - Working knowledge of Silverware POS, Microsoft Word and Excel. - High level of attention to detail and a calm, composed attitude. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 3 years fine‑dining experience; at least 1 year supervisory/management role. - Valid “Serving It Right” certification. - Wine, spirits, and alcohol knowledge preferred (WSET Level 2 or equivalent is an asset).
