Job Title: Chief Operating Officer Role Summary: Oversee daily operations across all locations, build and coach leaders, standardize processes, and support strategic expansion while maintaining brand consistency and high guest experience. Expectations: Deliver reliable, scalable operations; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement; ensure smooth growth and cross‑functional collaboration; provide clear direction and support to teams and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities - Lead day‑to‑day operational oversight, ensuring consistent service quality and guest experience. - Align and support cross‑location teams, clarifying roles, expectations, and development paths. - Coach and mentor managers, developing leadership capabilities and accountability. - Identify operational gaps, design and implement scalable systems and processes, and promote continuous improvement. - Partner with Finance, Operations, Training, Marketing, and People teams on strategy, problem‑solving, and decision‑making. - Manage new location openings and franchising initiatives, ensuring brand standards and sustainable growth. - Communicate decisions clearly and respectfully across the organization. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, or related field. - 7+ years of progressive operations or general‑management experience. - Preferred MBA or Master’s degree. - Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or Hospitality Management credentials.
