Job Description
**Job Title:** Product Analyst **Role Summary:** Analytical professional responsible for end‑to‑end management of new product portfolio. Conducts market research, analyzes product performance, coordinates cross‑functional activities, and drives data‑driven decisions to meet market expectations and manage risks. **Expectations:** - Deliver actionable insights from customer feedback and market trends. - Ensure timely, on‑budget completion of development projects. - Identify and implement process improvements across the product portfolio. - Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and support field requests. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect, analyze, interpret, and present data on product performance, client feedback, and market trends. - Conduct industry trend research and prepare detailed reports for decision makers. - Coordinate activities among sales, project management, engineering, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and field service teams. - Set timelines, milestones, and track KPIs; produce regular performance reports. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. - Develop and nurture relationships with customers and partner companies. - Respond to client requests and coordinate solutions within the product team. - Perform general office duties and ad‑hoc projects as assigned. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Product management mindset: goal‑oriented, urgent, adaptable to changing priorities. - Ability to work independently in a cross‑functional team. - Prioritization and deadline‑management capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Willingness to travel internationally or to client sites as needed. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline. - 1–2 years of project or product development experience, preferably in manufacturing or food processing.
