**Job Title** ServiceNow Architect – MST / PST Only **Role Summary** Lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB) across multiple platforms. Develop architectural vision, roadmap, integrations, governance, and performance optimization to deliver business value and operational efficiency. **Expectations** - Must reside in the MST or PST time zone (remote‑first). - 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow design/implementation experience, 3+ years in a lead/architect role. - Strong ITIL and agile methodology knowledge. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Define architectural vision, roadmap, and solution design, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, ITAM, and custom modules. 2. Lead customization and configuration, ensuring scalability and best‑practice adherence. 3. Design and oversee integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server) with LDAP, AD, SAP, AWS, Azure, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems. 4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams; enforce coding standards and quality gate criteria. 5.
