**Job Title:** Salesforce Delivery Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and deliver Salesforce projects across multiple clouds, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, on‑time completion, budget adherence, and high quality. Act as the primary liaison between customers and delivery teams, providing technical insight, stakeholder management, and team mentorship. **Expectations:** - 5+ years in software delivery with 2+ years in delivery management. - Strong Salesforce platform expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) with relevant certifications preferred. - Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and navigate fast‑paced environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute, and close Salesforce delivery projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources. - Facilitate project kick‑offs, status reviews, risk assessments, and change control processes. - Coordinate with customers to capture requirements, review deliverables, and validate solutions against business needs. - Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture. - Identify and mitigate risks, ensure operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. - Prepare commercial plans, forecasts, and reports to inform executive and client stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Project management (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum). - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficiency with Salesforce configuration, integration, and best practices. - Leadership experience with cross‑functional teams and remote delivery environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer). - Delivery management credentials (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred.
