Job Title: Executive Assistant Role Summary: Provide high‑level administrative support to the founder, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, and overseeing partner relationships to streamline business operations and support the founder’s personal and professional tasks. Expectations: - Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism. - Exhibit strong initiative, proactively problem‑solving and researching solutions when needed. - Demonstrate consistent follow‑through, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities and needs of the founder. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the founder’s calendar, including scheduling, reminders, and conflict resolution. - Coordinate all meetings, conference calls, and virtual sessions, preparing agendas and minutes. - Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and ground transportation; manage related expenses and reimbursements. - Serve as liaison with partners, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow‑ups. - Handle general office administration: document preparation, filing, correspondence, and basic bookkeeping. - Assist with personal tasks as needed, integrating into the founder’s daily workflow. - Maintain up‑to‑date records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
