**Job Title:** Director of Sales & Productivity **Role Summary:** Lead a high‑performing real estate sales organization while personally closing a minimum of 12 units per year. Build, coach, and scale a team of agents to achieve six‑figure earning potential through proven sales models, technology, and continuous development. **Expectations:** - Achieve ≥12 unit closures annually through active prospecting and negotiation. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of high‑caliber sales talent. - Deliver regular coaching, training, and performance accountability. - Master and leverage industry technology platforms (CRM, database tools). - Cultivate a culture of elite performance and accountability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Close a minimum of 12 real estate transactions each year. - Recruit, onboard, and develop sales representatives. - Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and team training workshops. - Educate team on mortgage financing, local market, and homeownership topics. - Ensure full utilization of technology and database opportunities. - Participate in leadership development and talent attraction programs. - Negotiate contracts and implement operational systems for scalable growth. - Lead by example, maintaining personal production while driving team success. **Required Skills:** - Proven closing record in real estate (≥12 units/yr preferred). - Leadership with a results‑oriented, accountability‑based approach. - Strong rapport‑building and relationship management. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Highly organized, systems‑oriented mindset. - Adaptable, continuously learning, and growth‑oriented. - Ability to attract, build, and manage high‑performing teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Active real estate license in the relevant jurisdiction. - Minimum 5 years of real‑estate sales experience; 3+ years in a leadership role. - Continuous professional development in sales, coaching, or related fields is preferred.
