Job Title: Administrative Assistant Role Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals within a boutique law firm, ensuring efficient daily operations and facilitating client interactions. Expections: Demonstrate proactive initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time‑management to contribute to the firm’s productivity and client service quality. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks (mail, scheduling, file handling). • Answer telephone calls and record accurate messages. • Organise and maintain physical and electronic document repositories. • Coordinate meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements. • Respond to client enquiries and provide initial assistance. • Assist with procurement, office supply management and general office operations. Required Skills: • Strong communication (verbal and written). • High level of accuracy and organisational ability. • Ability to prioritise work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Self‑directed and ready to take initiative for continuous improvement. • Basic understanding of legal processes is advantageous.
