**Job Title**
Senior Manager, Cloud & Security
**Role Summary**
Leads the design, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise cloud (Azure, Microsoft 365) and cybersecurity programs. Provides strategic direction, operational execution, and governance for security across IT and OT environments, including maritime, satellite, and remote assets. Manages a team of cloud engineers and security analysts while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
**Expectations**

- Maintain compliance with NIST 800‑171, ISO 27001, IMO 2021, CMMC, and related frameworks.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, compliance, and operations.
- Mentor and develop direct reports, ensuring high‑performance delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and administer Azure and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID).
- Oversee full user lifecycle management, access controls, licensing, and automation.
- Lead deployment and tuning of CrowdStrike Falcon (EDR) and SIEM integrations.
- Manage Cisco Umbrella DNS‑layer security and web filtering.
- Direct penetration testing, vulnerability management, and remediation cycles.
- Own incident‑response lifecycle: playbook creation, coordination, RCA, and lessons learned.
- Supervise enterprise MDM (Intune) policies for ships, vessels, and satellite‑connected devices.
- Administer Mimecast for email security, DLP, archiving, and continuity.
- Implement zero‑trust, RBAC, MFA, and identity governance via Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Secure shipboard and satellite communication links, including authentication, encryption, and wireless hardening.
- Establish governance for third‑party vendors, secure development pipelines, and continuous risk assessment.
- Provide monthly cybersecurity training guidance based on emerging threats.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID.
- Proficiency with CrowdStrike Falcon (EDR/SIEM), Cisco Umbrella, and Mimecast.
- Strong experience in penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, and incident management.
- MDM deployment and administration for heterogeneous device fleets.
- Knowledge of OT/SCADA security, IT/OT segmentation, and satellite communications.
- Ability to design and enforce zero‑trust and identity governance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and cross‑team influencing abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8 years IT infrastructure & cybersecurity experience; 5 years in cloud/security leadership.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, AZ‑500, MS‑102, CEH, GIAC (any).
