Job Description

**Job Title:** Data Scientist Intern **Role Summary:** Support cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) by developing automated tools and dashboards, conducting in‑depth statistical analyses of user behavior, and contributing to the company’s data strategy, including machine‑learning and forecasting models. **Expectations:** - Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach. - Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a small, interdisciplinary team. - Proactive attitude; propose improvements to existing processes. - Excellent communication and synthesis skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and automate dashboards and analytical tools for strategic decision‑making. - Perform detailed statistical analyses to uncover user behavior insights. - Assist in defining and implementing the data strategy (ML models, predictive analytics). - Produce clear, concise reports and visualizations for stakeholders. - Collaborate with Product Management, Cloud & Big Data, and other departments. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and modeling. - Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases. - Knowledge of statistics, machine learning algorithms, linear algebra, and multivariable functions. - Familiarity with programming concepts (C, C++ optional). - Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5). - At least one relevant internship, co‑op, or project experience in data science or data mining.
