The SDR is the first touchpoint with senior buyers, driving qualified meetings for the founders and helping shape the go‑to‑market engine. Successful candidates will transition into an Account Executive within 12–18 months. **Expectations** - Take full ownership of lead generation and early‑stage prospect engagement. - Deliver consistently high volume of qualified meetings and handoffs. - Grow into a closing role within 12–18 months through coaching and hands‑on experience. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Build and maintain a targeted outbound pipeline via email, LinkedIn, and phone. 2. Execute structured outreach sequences and book qualified meetings for founders. 3. Research accounts and stakeholders to uncover pain points and opportunities. 4. Deliver short introductory demos to spark interest and validate fit. 5. Capture clean notes, track activity, and keep CRM data accurate. 6. Identify buying intent early, surface opportunities, and hand over strong prospects. 7. Work closely with founders to refine messaging, test new approaches, and improve outbound tactics. 8.
