**Job Title** Senior Manager, Marketing & Creative Strategy **Role Summary** Lead strategic, creative, and financial oversight for multiple client accounts, driving integrated marketing campaigns and ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and profitability across digital, social, and experiential platforms. **Expectations** - Manage several client engagements simultaneously with high quality and on‑time delivery. - Maintain agency profitability and client profitability through budget oversight and strategic expansion. - Serve as a strategic partner to clients and cross‑functional internal teams, translating objectives into actionable, data‑driven campaigns. - Demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and analytical skills in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide end‑to‑end client account management: strategy, creative, financial, and reporting. - Lead and mentor project management and junior team members. - Develop, brief, and pitch campaign concepts, ensuring alignment with client voice and brand standards. - Build, execute, and report on 360° marketing strategies including digital, social, paid media, influencer, and experiential elements. - Analyze campaign performance data, present insights, and recommend tactical improvements. - Manage budgets, ensure projects stay within scope, and drive agency profitability. - Negotiate contracts, monitor sales quotas, and support business development initiatives. - Oversee content strategy and creation for social media, advertorials, e-commerce, and award‑related materials. - Maintain editorial strategy and content calendars for internal publications. - Conduct end‑to‑end management of award events (content, coordination, marketing, reporting). - Perform basic WordPress and WooCommerce site maintenance (graphics, copy, updates). - Keep current on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies. **Required Skills** - Strategic planning and client account management. - Campaign development across paid media, social media, SEO/SEM, influencer, and experiential marketing. - Data analysis and performance reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Business Hub, etc.). - CMS proficiency: WordPress, WooCommerce, basic HTML/CSS, WordPress image and copy updates. - Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent). - Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. - Strong written and verbal communication; presentation and pitching abilities. - Leadership, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Creative problem‑solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred: Master’s degree or related advanced study. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads/Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) are highly advantageous. ---
