Job title: DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Own and scale the infrastructure for an AI‑driven job‑search platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across multi‑region deployments while supporting growing AI/ML workloads. Expactations: Deliver fully automated, resilient systems; maintain high platform availability; conduct cost optimization and security compliance; continuously improve CI/CD and observability pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, GCP/Azure), provisioning resources and maintaining high‑availability architecture. - Build, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. - Automate deployments and infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). - Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana. - Support AI/ML workloads at scale, optimizing GPU/compute resources. - Enforce security best practices, ensuring GDPR compliance and robust data protection. - Analyze and optimize infrastructure costs and performance. Required Skills: - 3+ years as DevOps or Platform Engineer. - Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, with experience in GCP/Azure preferred). - Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). - IaC expertise (Terraform, CloudFormation). - Scripting in Python and Bash. - Monitoring/observability proficiency (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana). - Familiarity with security practices (GDPR, data protection).
