Job Title: INTERNSHIP OFFER - Logistics Assistant (H/F/X)
Job Description: Job title: Internship – Logistics Assistant (H/F/X) Role Summary: Provide logistical and communication support for the March 2026 Brussels Design Market exhibition, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless event execution. Expactations: Unpaid, 3‑month minimum internship (January–March 2026, dates flexible). The role requires proactive engagement in both event logistics and communication tasks, with the ability to adapt to evolving event needs. Key Responsibilities • Logistics: – Manage exhibitor support hotline and specific inquiries. – Distribute exhibitor guides, announcements, press releases. – Coordinate event logistics, liaise with technical service providers, recruit and manage on‑site staff. – Oversee welcome procedures, hotline operations, delivery handling, and provider coordination during the event. • Communication: – Update event website in collaboration with PM. – Create and segment mailing databases, draft newsletters and e‑mail campaigns, maintain mailing statistics. – Produce daily social media posts, run target‑ed sponsored campaigns, engage community and answer queries. – Prepare press kits, media kits, press releases and manage press relations. – Develop digital communication content: editorial calendar for Instagram & TikTok, web banners, event promotion. – Build media partnerships with influencers, blogs, online magazines, design platforms. Required Skills • Fluency in French and English; Dutch a significant advantage. • Strong competence in new media and social networks. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). • Excellent written communication. • Experience with WordPress a plus. Required Education & Certifications • Final year of a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communication, Cultural Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
