Job Description

Job title: Junior Marketing Associate – Beauty Role Summary: Support the marketing team in executing multi‑channel campaigns, primarily focusing on email marketing, copywriting, and campaign coordination across digital and physical touchpoints. Expectations: - Ability to independently manage email design and content creation tasks. - Strong organizational skills to handle simultaneous projects. - Effective communication with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute weekly marketing emails using Canva and email tools. - Ideate, write, and layout CRM content (product selections, storytelling themes, key messages). - Draft clear, engaging copy for product pages, emails, website, in‑store assets, and promotional materials. - Maintain consistent brand voice across all customer‑facing communications. - Assist in planning, coordinating, and launching product launches, store events, seasonal activations, and brand partnerships. - Create campaign assets, schedule deliverables, and update cross‑team stakeholders. - Prepare internal briefs, summaries, and updates for marketing, creative, buying, and retail teams. - Compile performance reports for email and campaign activities; identify insights to improve future initiatives. Required Skills: - 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or related field (internships acceptable). - Proficiency in Canva and email design platforms; strong eye for layout, color, and branding. - Excellent written communication in English; ability to adapt tone and simplify complex ideas. - Highly organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams. - Comfortable with Google Workspace; experience with Shopify a plus. - Genuine interest in skincare and beauty, especially Korean and Asian brands. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
