Job Description
**Job title** Specialist, AI Applications **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain conversational UI content for chatbot platforms across multiple business units. Drive end‑to‑end customer experience through engaging copy, data‑driven optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, brand‑consistent copy for conversational interfaces. - Analyze interaction data to improve first‑contact resolution and content effectiveness. - Work independently while coordinating with Marketing, Products & Platforms, and Operations. - Maintain content lifecycle, translations, and authoring processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Craft clear, compelling copy for new and existing chatbot content. - Update and localize content using product FAQs and SOPs. - Define and enforce brand voice and tone across the conversational journey. - Analyze customer interactions, recommend content changes, and identify optimization opportunities. - Conduct research, testing, and validation of content modifications in partnership with the Customer Solutions Manager. - Develop guidelines, best practices, and authoring workflows for chatbot content management. **Required Skills** - Copywriting for professional or B2C environments. - Conversational UI (chatbot) copy expertise, including UX copywriting and content strategy. - Strong analytical skills for interpreting chatbot interaction data. - Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and attention to detail. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in agile settings. - Familiarity with Dialogflow and integration of conversational UI across platforms (asset). - Knowledge of financial products/services (asset). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, English, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications in UX writing, conversational design, or AI applications preferred but not mandatory.
