Job Description: **Job Title:** Sales Development Intern **Role Summary:** Assists the Sales Development team in supporting and executing strategic retail sales initiatives across 3,400+ Boost Mobile stores. Works with project managers, operations analysts, and cross‑functional leaders to track key programs, improve sales processes, and develop data‑driven reporting and AI integration strategies. **Expectations:** * Complete a 10‑week paid internship with assigned business projects and presentations to leadership. * Maintain a GPA of 3.3 or higher and complete at least 60 credit hours by May 2026. * Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Partner with Project Managers to monitor and support initiatives such as Device Leasing 2.0, BYOD Loyalty, Marketplace, and Boost Our Heroes. 2. Identify and implement technology solutions that streamline retail sales processes and enhance productivity. 3. Collaborate with the Business Operations Analyst to track daily KPIs, analyze performance data, and report findings. 4. Design and refine reporting frameworks, including AI‑driven insights, to enhance data storytelling and business decision‑making. 5. Coordinate and document cross‑functional leadership initiatives, engaging Field, Accounts, and other teams during validation and execution phases. **Required Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. * Ability to interpret KPIs and translate data into clear, actionable narratives (data storytelling). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and project‑management skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent dependencies. * Proactive, collaborative mindset; comfortable building relationships with leadership and cross‑functional teams. * Curiosity about expanding analytics and exploring AI applications in business reporting. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a related field. * Minimum GPA 3.3. * 60 credit hours completed by May 2026. * No specific certifications required.
