Job Description
**Job Title**: Marketing & Communications Assistant **Role Summary**: Support Foodbuy Group’s multi‑brand marketing and communications portfolio by creating compelling content, executing B2B campaigns, and delivering brand‑aligned collateral across digital and physical channels to engage clients, inspire colleagues, and drive business growth. **Expectations**: - Demonstrate creativity, strong attention to detail, and a passion for marketing. - Manage multiple deliverables, brands, and deadlines independently. - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and maintain brand integrity. **Key Responsibilities**: - Produce written, visual, and video content for digital and print media. - Plan and execute B2B marketing and communication campaigns to attract clients and generate leads. - Develop internal and external communications, including targeted campaigns for key accounts. - Design marketing materials: presentations, flyers, event collateral, and digital assets. - Enforce brand guidelines across multiple Foodbuy Group brands. - Enhance presentations and sales materials to high professional standards. - Provide digital collateral to support sales teams. - Assist in planning and execution of company events. - Contribute to the development of a new internal communications platform. **Required Skills**: - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Creative, innovative mindset with meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. - Experience with B2B social media, particularly LinkedIn. - Ability to manage workload independently and collaborate with stakeholders. - Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco) and email tools (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, design, communications, English, or a related field. - No specific certifications required, but knowledge of hospitality, leisure, or food & beverage sectors is preferred.
