Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead the global marketing strategy, aligning with company growth targets. - Execute integrated campaigns (digital, social, PPC, events, email) to generate qualified leads. - Oversee brand, content, and communications from website to press and partnerships, ensuring consistency. - Manage agency and creative relationships, optimizing output and brand alignment. - Build and run a direct origination strategy targeting SME clients, developing outreach, partnerships, and conversion funnels. - Align marketing initiatives with underwriting and partnerships teams, tracking and optimizing pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and ROI. - Experiment, measure, and refine tactics to maximize business impact. Required Skills: - 7+ years in marketing, sales, or growth roles, preferably fintech, financial services, or high‑growth B2B. - Strong performance‑marketing experience and mastery of sales funnels. - Proven track record in lead generation, brand building, and revenue expansion. - Commercial mindset with autonomy and accountability. - Excellent communication, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences. - International experience and ability to adapt strategies across geographies. - Experience managing agencies or small internal teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or brand management preferred.
