Job Description
Job Title: Product Intern Role Summary: Assist the Product Management team in all phases of the product lifecycle for mobile and digital fan experience products. Contribute to product definition, planning, research, testing, and documentation while working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and analytics teams. Expectations: - 6–9 month, part‑time engagement. - Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Minimum of 18 years of age. Key Responsibilities: - Support daily product definition, planning, and execution tasks. - Gather and analyze business requirements for digital and software products. - Collect and synthesize user feedback and usage data to drive product decisions. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics to advance product initiatives. - Draft product features, user stories, and technical specifications. - Participate in product reviews, testing, and feature validation discussions. - Prepare presentation materials for product meetings and executive updates. - Utilize digital tools (e.g., AI, analytics platforms) for research and ideation. - Monitor development progress and ensure alignment with product objectives. - Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting to support product decisions. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple deliverables. - Collaborative mindset and effective teamwork across functions. - Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodology. - Interest or experience with emerging technologies (AI, mobile apps, IoT, connected devices). - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) preferred. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
